Injection Molding quality parameters include Mold temperature, Injection Speed, Injection pressure, Injection precision, Melt temperature, Back pressure, Hold pressure, Injection time, Cooling Time, Molded parts precision, Plastic material used (HDPE, ABS, TPU, PP)

Quality parameters for checking plastic include Molding temperature, Maximum temperature, Chemical resistance, Tensile strength, Flexural strength, Electrical insulation properties and more…

The quality parameters for checking rotation screw includes screw design, screw material, screw finish, screw flights, compression ratio, and more…

The clamping unit is continuously checked for clamping force, clamping pressure, mold opening speed and closing speed, mold alignment, stability of clamping unit , the material, durability, wearing of the clamping components.

The hydraulic unit is regularly checked for operating pressure, power of motor, flow rate, efficiency, stability of temperature, noise level, viscosity index of molten fluid, motor power, hydraulic fluid type, efficiency, noise level, temperature stability, viscosity index of the fluid, consistency of pressure and more. We employ both batch inspection and individual inspection. We undertake finite element analysis and massive design optimization of platen for minimizing stress, deformation and linear elastic fracture. Hundreds of other quality checks are employed for injection unit, clamping unit, electric unit and hydraulic unit. The aim is to get the most superior product parts built exactly  according to customer specifications.

    BTPL is registered under the ISO 9001:2015 QMS program which is globally certified for benchmarking quality controls in the manufacturing processes. As a global green vendor to exacting companies like Schneider Electric, we follow the Production part Approval Process (PPAP) for all of our manufactured and supplied parts to all of our buyers and customers.

    We also employ ‘Lean Manufacturing’, Six Sigma, Statistical Process Control like Cp-Cpk analysis, gage R&R. Special focus is laid on 5S working conditions and internal as well as external audits are conducted regularly as per the audit calendar by certified and qualified auditors.

    Irrespective of the scale of the work and requirement, same devotion and dedications is applied to every part that we manufacture ensuring consistency in quality, cost and deliceries.
