Attention to detail is paramount and many of our products involve a complex design process. We have dedicated product design engineers with a range of in-house software packages at their disposal to produce designs, analyse the performance of the design and rapid prototyping.

Coupled with support from the largest plastic material suppliers in the world, we are able to create prototypes in any nylon, PP or ABS material.

For over 20 years we have been providing turnkey tool and mould-making solutions, partnering with customers to complete more than 40 injection mould tooling projects per annum.

Our industry knowledge and experience means we are able to manufacture injection mould tooling with multiple cavities,faster cycle times, insert molding and over-molding molds. We use only the latest technologies to utilize the best of both the surface and solids systems of CAD modelling.

We have more than 50 plastic injection molding machines in the group, ranging from 45 tonne to 1500 tons locking, located across our three dedicated injection molding facilities.

Screen Printing

Pad Printing

Labelling on products by way of pad printing is available and is offered to customers wherever needed. Automatic machines to ensure an error free continued process and a reduced cycle time to match the total production

Assembly

BTPL has the ability to perform ultrasonic welding, heat sealing of the PPCP polymer parts and assembly of child parts to the main part with 3 dedicated assembly lines which are automated and this assembly is conducted in clean rooms which are climate controlled for optimum performance.

Insert Molding

A number of our clients have requirements wherein metal inserts have to be placed with precision in to final parts. This is achieved manually and with automatic pick and place robotic arms for applications like thread inserts and lead bushings in battery casings.
