We combine precision engineering with smart design to mass-produce plastic parts having dimensional accuracy and flawless quality.

Our engineering constantly strives to upgrade the quality and functionality of our product. We ensure that common defects like warping, sink marks, and other are non-existent in our products.

Our product design includes Concept Development,best quality material sourcing and selection,3D Modelling: Using CAD to create detailed 3D models of the part,DFM (Design for Manufacturability): To ensure that the part is easy and economical to mould, Core and Cavity Design: We undertake design of the “positive” (core) and “negative” (cavity) spaces that shape the plastic.

c. Analysis- Material Flow

  • Our Engineers use CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering) tools like Moldflow® or Moldex3D® simulation to identify problems like air traps,weld lines or sure shots. We Optimize gate location, wall thickness, alongwith cooling design.

d. Prototyping

  • 3D printing, CNC machining, or soft tooling.Prototypes are tested for fit, strength, function, and manufacturability.

e. Tooling

Steel or aluminium mold is fabricated as per the finalised design. We use CNC machines, EDM (Electrical Discharge Machining), and have in place best set of practices and tools to build precise moulds.Everything is fabricated to precision at nano-scales be it Wall Thickness, Draft Angles, Ribs and Bosses, Undercuts, Material Shrinkage, Tolerance Control

We employ rapid prototyping for precise injection molded plastic parts. Prototyping benefits in plastic injection molding include higher speed, precision in repeatable parts produced ensuring reliability from initiation to finish of the product life cycle. Cost-efficient tooling helps reduce upfront investment and ensures lower costs alongwith the ability to modify designs at stages of early product development through comparision and iteration before full-scale production takes place. Prototyping allows the ability to monitor quality at nano-scale alongwith enabling testing of market interest.
